Weddings

We include 5 hours for Reception, and 30 minutes for the Ceremony.
Every additional hour is $500/hour.

We can fit up to 350 people in our Grand Ballroom including a dance floor.

Our latest available end time is typically midnight but can be as late as 1:00am depending on the events the following day.

The cake cutting fee is included in our Wedding Packages.

Yes, we base the size of the dance floor off the Final Guest Count.

We allow outside catering for a fee. All cooking has to be done outside the venue, or off site. Our Room Minimums must still be met but can include any food and beverage add-ons.

We do not include taxes and services in the packages that are sent over, you will see them reflected when we build a custom quote for you! City taxes are 8.75% and Service Charge is 22%.

We require a $1500 non-refundable deposit to lock in your date with us. 6 months prior to the wedding we will need 50% of the remaining total, 3 months prior 75%, and a week before we will need Final Payment.

We guarantee 2 hours prior to the Wedding for set up. If more time is needed, we can extend the set-up time with additional fees based on availability.

We include a complimentary Tasting for our Wedding Menus only.

We do! Make sure you ask us when we are building a quote for you!

We provide a Full-Service bar that will be located inside the Grand Ballroom for your Wedding. We have a few options so you can pick what is best suited to your day! It can be a cash bar only, a “Hosted Amount”, or you can pay Per Person Per Hour for your whole guest count.

We do not allow outside alcohol at our venue.

You are more than welcome to bring in your own vendors. We just ask that you send us their proof of insurance.

Yes! The city noise ordinances do not apply as long as the band is inside of our Grand Ballroom.

We have a Bridal Suite, a Bridesmaid room, and a Groom’s suite that will be available the day of the Wedding!

Yes! Parking is plentiful and will be at no additional cost to you or your guests.

We will personally schedule a Tasting Appointment, your Rehearsal, and your Final Details Appointment. We always encourage couples to book as many appointments prior to the Wedding as they need to feel comfortable. We are always a call or email away and pride ourselves on making sure that we answer all questions and concerns as soon as possible. We are here to help!

From formal plated rehearsal dinners featuring regional and Continental cuisine to lavish ethnic dinners and themed buffets, we offer a wide array of menu options for your tastes and budget. Vegetarian, vegan and specialty menus accommodating those with allergies and food sensitivities are also available.
