Midnight is standard, but depending on the schedule, you might be able to keep the party going until 1:00 a.m. Just ask—we’re flexible where it counts.

Bringing your own caterer? Totally doable—we understand some couples have a favorite caterer in mind. We do allow outside catering for a fee. Just a heads-up: all cooking must be done either offsite or outdoors (no kitchen access inside the venue), and our room minimums still apply. The good news? Those minimums can include food and beverage add-ons, so you’ve got some flexibility to make the numbers work while still bringing your culinary vision to life.
Taxes and service charges? Taxes and service charges aren’t baked into the initial package pricing—but no worries, we’re all about transparency. You’ll see everything clearly itemized when we build your custom quote. Just so you’re in the know: Corona’s city tax is 8.75%, and our standard service charge is 22%. No hidden fees, no fine print—just the full picture, right up front.
Deposits and payment schedule? To lock in your big day, we require a $1500 non-refundable deposit—consider it your official ‘Save the Date’ with us. From there, we keep things simple and manageable with a staggered payment schedule: 50% of your balance is due 6 months out, 75% at the 3-month mark, and the final payment is due just one week before the wedding. It’s a stress-free structure that gives you time to plan, prep, and breathe.
And when it comes to getting your dream space prepped and picture-perfect:
You’ll have at least 2 hours for setup before your wedding. Need more time? We can arrange that (based on availability and with a small fee).
Menu tasting? Absolutely! We believe tasting is half the fun—so yes, a complimentary menu tasting is included when you choose one of our Wedding Menus. It’s the perfect opportunity to sample the flavors, fine-tune your selections, and get excited for what your guests will be raving about long after the last bite.

You can go with a classic cash bar, host a set dollar amount, or choose a per-person-per-hour package—whatever suits your style and your guest list best. It’s your day, your way.
No outside alcohol, While we don’t allow outside alcohol, no need to worry—we’ve got a full-service bar ready and waiting inside the Grand Ballroom. It’s fully stocked, professionally staffed, and designed to keep the good times flowing all night long.
Want your own vendors? Absolutely—you’re more than welcome to bring in your own vendors. We love when couples personalize their day with their favorite pros. All we ask is that you send over their proof of insurance so we can keep everything safe, smooth, and up to our standards.
Thinking about a live band? Bring on the brass section! As long as they’re set up in the Grand Ballroom, city noise ordinances don’t apply.
